Refund Policy
Please contact us within 3 days of receiving items to arrange for return information, tracking details/proof of shipment to be provided within 7 days of receiving goods.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.
Shipping on returned items is non refundable, cost of returning goods is the responsibility of the buyer.
Returned goods MUST be sent back with a tracking number, we are not liable to refund goods that have been lost in transit due to being sent with no tracking/proof of shipment.
Goods that have been kept for longer than 7 days are strictly non returnable/non refundable for obvious hygiene reasons.
Returns are not accepted on custom orders / design your own / customizable, velvet and all faux fur covers.
Orders of 10 items or more are non returnable/non refundable.
We strongly recommend ordering fabric samples prior to placing your order for pillow covers, samples can be found here.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@SNdsigns.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via the same method of payment used when placing your order.
Shipping costs on returned items are non-refundable. We do not deal with shipping labels.
